Please read both posts in this thread before posting a profile.
Please use this sheet when you are introducing your character:

*You do not need to post anywhere OOC before you enter your character.

*Please post the above application sheet in the Outskirts of Draan forum or the Periphery of Draan forum and fill it out accordingly.

*No god-like creatures. Anything too omniscient will be shown the power of our admins. We also do not accept unoriginal characters. No Zeldas, no Eragons, no David Bowies. Make them your own.

*Use your common sense for the character as much as possible. Obviously a human will still be able to swim, but they're still a land character. Good characters can still have fits of anger.

*Give us enough of a description of things that someone reading the profile can get a good sense of your character. While their appearance is very important to others you'll be roleplaying with, we also need the rest of the character sheet filled out well enough that we can make a good judgement on whether or not they can be accepted into Draan.

*You have to wait for one or more members to role play with you before you can enter the rest of Draan. You must also wait until a moderator or admin accepts your character, and we reserve the right to ask you to change things in your profile. We will always be fair. You cannot bring an unaccepted character into other joining threads.

*If you wish to run a mini-plot with your character and require extra characters to back it up, ask in the Petitions forum and permission may be granted. These characters will be temporary and only used in your plot-related threads.

*If a character that you're bringing to Draan has minions, henchmen, etc., it is possible they be accepted. The added characters would only be in the same threads as the main character and would not be able to perform anything too substantial (fighting other characters, have crazy magical abilities, etc.) Please include a section for them in your character sheet, though it doesn't have to be as extensive as the main character's. If you want to do anything that seems above normal standards with these added characters, please ask in the Petitions forum.

*In order to have a character that roams both water and land, you must have had at least one character from both land and ocean active for a month's time. Then you may ask permission in the Petitions forum and may be granted to have a character that can cross both.

*To start you will be allowed three characters. After one month of activity with three characters accepted, you can ask for permission for a fourth character in the Petitions forum. If, two months after your fourth character has been accepted, you are still active and wish another character, you may ask in the same forum and usually will be permitted a fifth character. If you have been a member for at least six months, and have had your fifth character accepted for three months or more, than you can have a six character after asking permission. Six is the maximum.

*After two months of active roleplaying, you may apply for an in-character council position with one character in the Petitions forum. If you do not get the position wait a month or two and try again. After two months of active role playing with one Council character, you may apply for another. Your Council characters may not be of the same alliance and the maximum is two characters per member. Be willing to be involved - don't join if you will not have a say.
